You're cordially-ish invited
Until the adventure begins
Pack light. Sunscreen is mandatory.
We're gathering our favorite people in one of our favorite places for a week of ocean, sunshine, good food, and even better company.
No dress code. No registry. Just you, us, and the Pacific Ocean.
The Week
Show up to everything or nothing — we're just happy you made the trip. Well, almost everything. Show up to brunch.

6:30 PM — Monkeypod Kitchen, Whaler's Village
You made it. Flights are behind you, vacation has begun. Come grab a drink, say hello to everyone, and eat something that isn't an airplane pretzel. Casual dress — you just got off a plane, we get it.
Whaler's Village is a 5-minute walk from the Sheraton. There may or may not be an outdoor movie for the kids.

All Day — Choose Your Own
This is your free day to explore. Golf with the crew, snorkel at Molokini, catch sunrise from 10,000 feet at Haleakalā, or just post up at the pool with a book and a Mai Tai. We'll have options organized — more details to come.
Evening plans TBD. Possibly a sunset gathering on the beach. Stay tuned.

September
All Day — Ka'anapali Beach & Leilani's at 5:00 PM
Morning and afternoon on the beach with cabanas reserved for the group. Try your hand at lei making at the resort. Then in the evening, we're taking over Leilani's restaurant for a private dinner right on the water.
Leilani's is also in Whaler's village — no Uber required, more Mai Tais permitted.

10:00 AM — Location TBA
This is the one you can't miss. We mean it. Clear your morning, wear something that makes you feel good, and come hungry. There will be cake — it's also Griffin's birthday, so we're celebrating that too.
Seriously. Be there. Trust us.

Whenever You Wake Up
Check out, grab one last açaí bowl, hug everyone twice. If you booked an afternoon flight, there's still time for a morning swim. Safe travels home — and don't forget your sunscreen at the pool.
Getting There
Book early. Maui in September is popular for a reason.
Airport
It's the only commercial airport on Maui. Direct flights from most West Coast cities. From the East Coast or Midwest, expect one connection — usually through LAX, SFO, or SEA. Expect $350–$650 round trip depending on where you're coming from.
Stay
Right on Ka'anapali Beach. We have a room block with a group rate — reach out to us directly for the booking code. The resort is about 50 minutes from the airport. View the resort →
Getting Around
Strongly recommended. You'll want one to explore the island, and Maui rental cars sell out fast. Book as early as you can — seriously, don't wait on this one.
Good to Know
Hawaii Standard Time is 3 hours behind Pacific (6 behind Eastern). September highs are in the upper 80s. Reef-safe sunscreen is required by law. Pack light layers for early mornings — it can be cool at elevation.
While You're Here
You're on one of the most beautiful islands on earth. Here's what we'd do with a free day.
Half-submerged volcanic crater with visibility for days. Book a morning snorkel tour from Ma'alaea Harbor.
Half DaySunrise from 10,000 feet. Yes, you leave at 3 AM. Yes, it's freezing up there. Yes, it's worth it. Reserve at recreation.gov.
Early MorningWaterfalls, bamboo forests, black sand beaches, and 620 curves. Give yourself a full day and pack snacks.
Full DayThe Plantation Course. Where the PGA Tournament of Champions is played. You'll lose some balls in the ocean. Worth it.
Half DayRight outside the hotel. Walk north for quiet stretches or south to Black Rock for cliff jumping. The default plan is always a good plan.
AnytimeMama's Fish House if you can get a reservation. The Gazebo for breakfast (get there early). Monkeypod for happy hour. You won't have a bad meal.
